Koei Tecmo has revealed that a remastered version of the classic game *Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition* is on the way. The company announced during their recent State of Play presentation that the game will be released in March 2026, and a trailer is available to watch.
The new trailer for *Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered* shows off both the original PlayStation 2 game and the updated graphics. Built using Unreal Engine 5, this remastered version includes everything from the original *Dynasty Warriors 3* and its expansion, *Xtreme Legends* – meaning more battles, characters, and weapons. While the game has been visually updated and refined, it still stays true to the original gameplay experience.
Dynasty Warriors 3 is set in the world of the Three Kingdoms. Players can choose from over 40 different characters and fight huge battles against thousands of enemies across a variety of landscapes.
