EastEnders airs dangerous cliffhanger for the Slaters in early BBC iPlayer release

Zoe’s mum, Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace), was hoping to hang out with her at The Queen Vic pub. However, Stacey asked if they could use one of Kat’s taxi cabs to go shopping while Kat was busy managing the pub.

When Zoe arrived at Greg’s apartment, she was surprised to see him looking healthy and energetic, and immediately regretted coming.

As Stacey grew more concerned that Greg might harm her and her children, she told him to stop contacting Zoe and her family, and even offered him money to go away.

Greg immediately realized Stacey didn’t understand why Zoe had become involved with him. After Stacey and Zoe left and returned to Albert Square, Stacey began to wonder what Zoe wasn’t telling her.

Zoe remained silent, and when Stacey considered going to the police regarding Greg, Zoe promised to lie and cover for him. She harshly warned Stacey that reporting him would only make Stacey appear unstable.

Stacey was set on helping Zoe understand, so she went to tell Kat everything, with a worried Zoe close behind.

Kat was worried about her teenage son, Tommy, falling in with a bad influence – his friend Joel, who had disrespectful views towards women. After closing up the bar, she discovered someone was still inside. When Stacey and Zoe arrived, they were shocked to find Greg holding a knife to Kat, putting her in serious danger. Can Zoe and Stacey manage to de-escalate the situation before Greg does something terrible? And will Zoe have to admit she hired Greg to find her hidden son?
