Howie Danes is in serious trouble on EastEnders. His fiancé, Kim Fox, has discovered he’s been up to no good and is now aware of his deceitful actions.
The situation began earlier this year when Kim complained about money problems, mentioning that she had been financially better off when she was married to Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood).
Howie really wanted to show he could provide for his family, so he started a second job delivering packages.

Honestly, it really bothered me to see him turn on the Trueman family too. He actually blackmailed young Oscar Branning into giving up the money Patrick stole from his betting – talk about a low blow! It just showed how far he was willing to go.
The Brannings have remained silent about his sneaky behavior, but today Oscar finally told Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey) what was going on.
The doctor knew Howie had stolen Penny’s ring to propose to Kim, but learning he’d also deceived his father was almost too much for Anthony to handle.
He arrived back at the engagement party and told Howie he was about to give a speech exposing his wrongdoing. While standing before his family, he almost changed his mind, but a few words from Patrick convinced him to go through with it.

I always loved hearing how Walford saw Howie as almost another son – it was such a lovely thing to say. But it absolutely infuriated Anthony! He just lost it, verbally attacking Howie right in front of everyone, and it broke my heart to see Kim watching, completely devastated by the whole thing.
After losing her position as an influencer earlier this week, she’s facing a difficult time rebuilding both her career and personal life. What steps will she take to move forward?
