A recent visit to Albert Square revealed some interesting news about two long-separated members of the Moon family.
On Thursday’s EastEnders, Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), who’s in prison for a murder she didn’t commit, told her mother, Kat (Jessie Wallace), about a strange visitor request she’d received.
Zoe was worried when Alfie’s cousin, Jake Moon (Joel Beckett), requested to meet with her next week. This is because Jake used to date Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman), who Zoe thinks murdered Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey) and then blamed Zoe for it.
Kat encouraged her to go ahead with the visit, hoping Jake could provide information about Chrissie’s location and help with her eventual arrest.

Alfie was also shaken up after receiving a phone call. He learned his younger brother, Spencer (played by Christopher Parker), who moved away from Walford in 2005, was seriously ill.
Over the past two decades, Spencer reconnected with his childhood love, Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig), and they relocated to Melbourne. However, their relationship ended when Vicki had an affair with Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw).

Vicki and Ross have also faced difficult times recently. Ross’s son, Joel, assaulted Vicki, and his trial concluded last week with a guilty plea. Following the trial, Ross proposed to Vicki.
And they said romance was dead!
Okay, so Vicki was totally wrecked with guilt. You see, she’d had a thing with Zack Hudson – who, complicatedly, is her adoptive sister’s half-brother – just a few nights before. She knew she had to tell Ross what happened, and honestly, I was on the edge of my seat! Thankfully, after a really tense moment, Ross decided he was willing to try and move past it. It was a huge relief, but you could tell things were definitely changed.

The news about their engagement has spread to Australia, and Spencer is reportedly very upset. Alfie was so concerned that he decided to fly out and see him.
Could we eventually see Spencer return home to Walford?
