The show has used glimpses of the future before, like when it showed a preview of what would happen on Christmas Day in 2023 – ten months ahead of time.

We initially saw six women from Walford gathered around what appeared to be the body of Nish Panesar, but a surprising turn of events revealed he was actually alive. It turned out that Keanu Taylor was the one who had died.
