BBC spoilers reveal that Linda Carter will be back on EastEnders just as a major fire breaks out. Kellie Bright plays Linda Carter.
We last saw her on television in July when she left to travel the world with her children, Johnny, Ollie, and Annie. Her oldest child has since returned to Albert Square, but she’s still enjoying her travels.
Walford Primary School must be very understanding when it comes to term time holidays!
Linda decided to leave after The Queen Vic was sold, but she’ll have plenty to do when she returns. Her mother, Elaine Peacock (played by Harriet Thorpe), is about to open a new bed and breakfast.
Her return won’t be easy, unlike her recent cruise. Max Branning (Jake Wood) is coming back to town, and he’s unaware that he has a four-year-old daughter named Annie.
Monday 15th December
Lauren and Peter Beale are busy making plans for baby Jimmy’s christening, but Lily Slater is having a difficult time at home.
Things have been difficult for the teenager recently, as they chose to remain in London while their mother, Stacey, and younger siblings moved to Brazil to start a new life.
Her grandmother, Jean (Gillian Wright), is also upset by the shift in their relationship, and it seems like she might be struggling even more now.
Peacock Palace is finally opening its doors, and Elaine couldn’t be happier! But things are about to get interesting when Linda comes back, as she’s in for a big surprise.
Tuesday 16th December
Adjusting to normality, Linda opens up to an unlikely person.
Kat Moon, played by Jessie Wallace, finds someone to help her support her daughter, Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), who is going through a difficult time.
Jasmine Fisher is facing more trouble, and Lauren seeks help from her father-in-law, Ian.
Has the fact she handed over £3k’s worth of charity money to a phoney doctor been exposed?

Walford reacts to the aftermath of a fire. What has happened?
Kat attempts to organize Christmas celebrations despite ongoing family tensions, while Dr. Anthony Trueman expresses his worries about the situation.
Friday 19th December
The truth is outed and Lauren must face the music. Will Peter understand her mistakes?
Zoe offers assistance to a neighbor, and Julie Bates faces a difficult choice.
