Heed this: The BBC iPlayer episode of EastEnders from Monday, 21st July 2025 may reveal significant plot twists. Proceed with caution if you wish to avoid spoilers.

At long last, the identities of the fresh proprietors who will oversee the cherished EastEnders pub, The Queen Victoria, have come to light.

Supported by her mom and business partner, Elaine Knight (Harriet Thorpe), Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) made the decision to put the property up for auction to the person willing to pay the most.

Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) had prepared to hand over the £100K from Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) life insurance policy, which she intended to sell, to Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace).

Later, Alfie (Shane Richie) explained to Stace that he required the money to ensure the safety of Kat’s troubled daughter Zoe (Michelle Ryan), who was threatened by some questionable individuals.

Stacey withdrew her proposal to a puzzled Kat. However, when Jean assumed incorrectly that Alfie was assisting Hayley Slater, who is the mother of his daughter Cherry, Jean persuaded Stacey it would be wiser to spend the money on Kat instead.

In the midst of Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) eagerly wanting to purchase The Vic, and him competing against a real estate developer, Stacey hastily made her way over to inform Kat that their initial scheme was once again feasible.

In her pajamas, Kat confronted Linda at the Square, precisely when a transaction was on the verge of being finalized with the property developer.

Stacey pointed out to Linda that they already had many children among them, since that’s what she desired for the pub.

In a moment, as the property developer stood by, Ian showed his displeasure, and then, Linda announced to Kat and Stacey that it belonged to them.

In a cheerful mood, the Slaters entered into festivity. Upon reaching an agreement with the Carters for a temporary home swap during the house sale process, Elaine chose to pass on the cruise reservation she had made for Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) to Linda as a generous gift.

How will Kat, who has taken over as landlady, handle her initial day at work, while Linda reveals Annie’s paternity to her half-brother Oscar Branning (Pierre Moullier)?

And as Stacey informed Alfie that the money was gone, can he save Zoe?
