As a devoted follower, I’m excited to share a glimpse into the life of my beloved partner, who once graced our television screens as a popular talk show host, now 67 years young. She recently transported us across the Atlantic, offering a heartwarming video featuring her wife of 17 years peacefully enjoying a tranquil horseback ride in the picturesque English countryside.

In her August 20 video, shared by Portia, Ellen expressed that Portia is living her dream by galloping her horse across the English countryside and into the village. She added with a touch of concern, ‘I sure do hope she returns home safely soon.’

In November 2024, the couple officially relocated to England. However, they made a subsequent move within the region more recently when they decided to vacate their $30 million mansion in the Cotswolds and transfer to another nearby estate. This change was motivated by Portia’s desire to fully immerse herself in her equestrian passion.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal in July, Ellen shared that when they chose to reside here permanently, it was clear that Portia couldn’t do without her horses. Consequently, they sought a residence that came equipped with a horse facility and expansive pastures for the equines.

After their wedding in Los Angeles back in 2008, the pair decided to enjoy the picturesque countryside, finding it utterly captivating.

At a July 20 event, Ellen remarked to broadcaster Richard Bacon (as reported by the BBC), ‘This level of beauty isn’t something we’re typically accustomed to. Every village, town, and structure here has a captivating charm that represents a more straightforward lifestyle.’

She expressed, “Everything is spotless. The entire place seems improved-the care given to the animals, the politeness of people. I simply adore it here.

Leaving California granted them the opportunity to encounter each season for the very first time, though the chill they initially encountered upon arrival was certainly unexpected.

They expressed their affection for the new place, mentioning that Portia brought her horses over, while I have chickens and had sheep for approximately two weeks.
