Brady Kiser is potentially facing legal trouble in relation to son Trigg Kiser‘s death.
Two months following the tragic accidental drowning of Brady and influencer Emilie Kiser’s three-year-old son, Trigg, in a pool at their residence near Phoenix, the Chandler Police Department has concluded its investigation into the incident.
Based on an extensive examination of the relevant facts, investigators propose that Brady Kiser faces a Class 4 felony charge for child abuse as stated in a post dated July 15. The case has since been forwarded to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for their consideration.
Based on the examination of the case documents, the prosecution may opt to press charges against Brady or choose not to pursue any charges at all, according to reports from People. In Arizona, a Class 4 felony involves acts committed through criminal negligence and can potentially lead to a sentence of incarceration for up to three years, as established by state law.
One month following the acquisition of search warrants by USA Today affiliate The Arizona Republic, new information has emerged about the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate death of Trigg, as reported by police.
On the evening of May 12th, as per his account to the authorities, Brady stated that he and Emilie’s sons Trigg and their 2-month-old boy Theodore were at home while she was socializing with friends. Their eldest son, who often played near the pool, was reportedly out of sight on that occasion. Brady allegedly mentioned to police that usually, there is a safety cover placed over their swimming pool.

Later on, Brady got preoccupied with Theodore, causing him to lose sight of Trigg for approximately three to five minutes, as mentioned in the search warrant applications. Upon discovering Trigg floating in their pool, Brady informed the police that he had jumped into the pool, rescued Trigg, and then dialed 911.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share an important piece of information: In a recent incident, I was the one who administered CPR to Trigg until the firefighters arrived and took over the medical care on the spot. According to reports from USA Today, this information comes directly from official applications.
The 3-year-old died in the hospital May 18, six days after the incident.
As reported by USA Today, the search warrant applications submitted on May 13 aimed to obtain video footage from two outdoor cameras located in the backyard, which potentially recorded the events that transpired.

After her son’s demise, Emilie has initiated a lawsuit, as reported by TopMob News, aimed at maintaining confidentiality regarding documents related to Trigg’s passing against several public entities in Maricopa County.
Currently, Emilie finds herself in every parent’s deepest fear – her young son has passed away. This is outlined in the lawsuit filed in May.
Additionally, the lawyer pointed out that “Emilie is doing everything she can to care for her surviving son, two-month-old Theodore. However, each day poses a challenge for her.
