Emily Ratajkowski is leaving very little to the imagination.
On July 25th, the model shared an Instagram post filled with delicious food photos and fun moments with friends. However, tucked among these images was one candid shot of her relaxing in the sun, entirely unclothed.
In this captivating shot, I find myself sprawled out on a plush chaise longue, my legs tucked beneath me, and my phone-clutching arms casually resting across my chest for an intentional pose. Gaze fixed directly into the lens, I’m bare-shouldered, donning just a vibrant red baseball cap and a stylish pink tote adorned with a whimsical butterfly at my side.
In other slides of the carousel, there were pictures of Emily enjoying the sun in Italy. These included an image of an outdoor restaurant (trattoria), a beautiful turquoise pool glistening under the sun, a video of an olive grove, and a photograph of her standing next to a red Alfa Romeo Spider at 34 years old.
Besides savoring everything Italy had to offer, Emily’s son, Sylvester Apollo Bear (shared with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard), was also enjoying the trip. The 4-year-old was often spotted by Emily’s side – under an olive tree dancing to a street musician’s tunes while they dined outdoors, in the airport making a funny face after a successful vacation with his mother, and even sticking out his tongue playfully.
Emily aptly titled the photo dump with the Italian word for July, “Lulgio.”
As a follower who admires her stance, it’s not shocking to see that the iCarly alum chose to share a nude photo. Throughout the years, Emily has consistently advocated strongly against the undue focus on women’s bodies, particularly for those under public scrutiny.
In 2022, she expressed to Marie Claire that regardless of whether a woman is an actress, athlete, or works in any profession where her physical appearance isn’t directly linked, the perception of her body and its associated image remains significant. This, in turn, influences how society perceives and values women as a whole.
She went on to say, “Regardless of your age or occupation, you might be preoccupied with body image. That seems to be how we engage with media collectively. As a society, we scrutinize bodies and make judgments about them. This is one aspect that makes social media so captivating.
In August, as the actress known for “Gone Girl” strolled through the streets of New York City, dressed casually in a gray tank top, black yoga pants, and sneakers, someone shouted at her to cover up with a shirt. However, she chose not to respond at all.
In the video she posted on TikTok, Emily nonchalantly keeps walking, with Charli XCX’s “365” playing in the background as a soundtrack to the scene.
1. The song goes, “Who do you think you are?” It gets me all riled up when I’m jamming to it. Now, I want to know if you’re playing my tune as well?
Or, in a more colloquial style:
2. The lyrics say, “Who the heck are ya?” Got me hyped when I’m vibing to this. So, tell me, are you feeling my beat too?
