Daisy Campbell has joined the Casualty cast for a guest role following her recent Emmerdale exit.
On this weekend’s episode of Casualty, Daisy will appear as the visiting character named Georgina Birch, according to an announcement by the BBC.
As someone who loves movies and recently aced my driving test, I can certainly relate to a character portrayed by Georgina. According to Digital Spy, this character finds herself in a tricky situation when she had to drive her dad to the emergency room. However, it seems that my own driving skills, fresh from the exam, could’ve used a bit more practice, as hers apparently did during this tense ride.
Campbell gained significant recognition for portraying Amelia Spencer on the well-loved ITV soap for an impressive span of 13 years.
Among the plotlines that Campbell portrayed were teenage pregnancies, a tangled dynamic involving the antagonist Tom King, and the decisive step to reside with her biological father while also bringing along her child named Esther, in the world of the soap opera.
