Enrique Iglesias has a new reason to go bailando.
The musical artist, along with his long-term companion, Anna Kournikova, are reportedly anticipating the arrival of their fourth child as per several sources.
Enrique, aged 50, and the former tennis player, now 44, are proud parents to a family of six. Their brood includes 7-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, along with 5-year-old Mary. A new addition is expected to join their loving family soon.
The joyful announcement arrives nearly eight months subsequent to when Anna, who had been maintaining a private public image, was spotted using a wheelchair in Miami, Florida, while also wearing a medical boot on her foot. Since January, she had largely avoided public attention, with her last social media post being a tribute to Enrique, made in June 2024.
On Instagram, she posted ‘Father’s Day wishes to @enriqueiglesias with a heart-eyed emoji.’ She also extended her greetings to ‘all the Dads!'” or simply, “She wrote on Instagram, ‘Happy Father’s Day to Enrique Iglesias and all the dads out there!’
For quite some time now, Anna and the artist famous for “Bailando” – a partnership that has endured over two decades – have generally kept private about the specifics of their romantic relationship and household affairs.
Though Enrique did share a sweet update on how aware his kids were of his day job.
In 2023, he shared on ‘Today’, when my son spotted me rehearsing, his reaction was akin to surprise: ‘Wow!’ He’s accustomed to music videos and live performances of mine, but experiencing the real-life spectacle with lights and stage production left him speechless. It was as if he was watching an extraordinary phenomenon, such as an alien or UFO, in a positive sense. He was simply astonished.
During that period, Enrique’s children hadn’t yet witnessed him in live performance as they were typically asleep when he performed. Yet, this didn’t hinder his youngest child, Mary, from being well aware of what she most desired.
Every time I collect her from school, I end up picking up the whole group, and she often begins belting out ‘I Like It’, which sets them off in a chorus of harmony. It’s just adorable. That tune is particularly dear to her.
As for why he and Anna keep so much of their lives out of the public eye?
In 2014, Enrique shared with TopMob News that he strives to keep his personal life private as he believes it’s important to maintain a balance. At home, he wants to ensure that what happens within his family remains confidential, solely for him and his immediate loved ones.
