Eva Longoria Is Unrecognizable With Gray Hair in Christmas Karma

Eva Longoria is taking a trip to the past as her future self.

In the upcoming Christmas movie *Christmas Karma*, inspired by the works of Charles Dickens, actress Eva Longoria (known for *Desperate Housewives*) looks almost completely different as she plays the Ghost of Christmas Past.

The trailer released on September 17th shows Eva wearing a big, curly gray wig and a black and gold sombrero. She’s dressed in a traditional Mexican Charro outfit and has her face painted with the colorful skull makeup seen during Day of the Dead festivities.

When Eshaan Sood, the movie’s Scrooge-like character (played by Kunal Nayyar), tells Eva she doesn’t even look like a ghost, she quickly transforms her face into a realistic skull, startling him.

When asked if Eva’s character, who appears with Billy Porter as the Ghost of Christmas Present and Boy George as the Ghost of Christmas Future, thinks Eshaan can change during the film, she simply answered, “Yes.”

The actress, age 50, recently switched from her usual dark brown hair to a striking gray style. This change likely wasn’t a big deal for her, as she’s become very adaptable, especially when it comes to where she lives. She’s openly talked about how she’s adjusted to living in three different countries – Spain, Mexico, and the United States – with her husband, José Bastón, and their 7-year-old son, Santiago.

In April, Eva told TopMob News that her family is traveling with her-including her sisters, mom, and husband-along with their teacher. She described it as being like a whole circus is on the move with them.

The director of *Flaming Hot*, who is the youngest of four sisters, explained that she likes to bring as many people from her community with her as she can when she travels.

As for how Santiago feels about galavanting across the globe with his mom?

“He really enjoys it,” Eva explained. “He’s seen a lot of the world, but for him, home isn’t a place-it’s wherever I am. He simply loves being with me.”

Eva shared a heartwarming photo of her son to celebrate his six-month birthday. She wrote, “It feels like just yesterday you were born, my sweet boy! But I can’t imagine my life without you. Your laugh is the sweetest thing.”

Oh my gosh, she’s just the best! I was scrolling through Instagram and saw that she’s already teaching her *baby* about the upcoming elections! She was reading a voting pamphlet to him – he’s only eleven months old! – and she joked about how it’s never too early to get informed. It was SO cute, but also a really important message. She wants all of us to educate ourselves before the midterms, and honestly, if she thinks it’s important, I’m already on it! I’m obsessed with her and everything she stands for.

The actress shared a photo on Instagram of herself and her son, both sporting matching hats, and wrote, “Ready for a swim!”

“I think I found our next director,” Eva joked while on the set of Black-ish. 

Eva shared a sweet photo on her birthday and wrote, “Thank you everyone for the lovely birthday wishes! I’m spending a wonderful day with family and friends, and getting lots of cuddles from her little one, Santi!”

The actress playfully wondered if her son would always cuddle with her like this, posting the thought alongside a sweet picture of them napping together.

“Ya’ll like my new carry-on?” Eva joked on Instagram. 

The executive producer of *Grand Hotel* posted a sweet picture of herself and her son, nicknamed “Santi,” enjoying a simple moment together – eating bread. She captioned the photo, “Us. Just chilling and eating bread. #Moments.”

The former *Desperate Housewives* star was spotted in Italy with her new baby, and remarked that much of the country is so picturesque, it feels like a movie set.

Celebrating her first Mother’s Day, Eva expressed how much her life has changed since her baby arrived, saying she can hardly remember what life was like before.

Eva posted this adorable photo on her Instagram, adding “Vacation Mode!” 

Eva introduced her newborn son to friend Victoria Beckham in Paris prior to Fashion Week.

The telenovela star celebrated baby Santiago’s first Christmas by dressing him in a cute holiday outfit.
