Every Anime Coming to Netflix in April 2026

The Spring 2026 anime season is now available, and Netflix is back with a fresh collection of shows! While Crunchyroll typically offers a wide selection of new anime each season, Netflix provides its own unique and exclusive titles for fans worldwide. Netflix has been investing in anime for some time, and already boasts a great library of series. This April, they’ll be streaming highly anticipated returning seasons, brand new shows, and even bringing back some older favorites.

Netflix’s upcoming anime selection might not be as extensive as Crunchyroll’s Spring 2026 schedule, but each series promises to be engaging for fans. According to What’s on Netflix, a new list of titles is coming to the platform, including the long-awaited return of One Piece.

7) Dorohedoro Season 2

The dark fantasy anime Drowning Dragons, created by MAPPA, is getting a second season after a six-year wait, premiering on April 1st, 2026. The story centers on Caiman, a man transformed into a reptile-human hybrid who’s lost his memories. The new season will follow Caiman as he continues his quest to regain his humanity, facing increasingly dangerous foes along the way.

6) The Ramparts of Ice

Starting April 2nd, 2026, Netflix will be the exclusive streaming home for the anime series based on the manga by Kocha Agasawa, the creator of You and I Are Polar Opposites from Shonen Jump. The story follows Koyuki Higawa, who struggles with social interactions and keeps people at a distance. Everything changes when she meets Minato Amamiya and begins to forge new friendships at school.

5) Wind Breaker Season 2

Fans can now stream the first season of this popular high school action show, and Season 2 will be available starting April 2nd. The new season picks up immediately after the events of the first season, finishing the KEEL storyline. It will also follow Tasuku Tsubakino, one of the Four Kings of Bofurin, as he navigates the Roppo-Ichiza/Gravel Arc.

4) Vivy: Fluorite Eye’s Song

A fantastic sci-fi anime that many people missed when it first came out is coming to Netflix on April 4th, 2026. Originally released in 2021, the series received great reviews but didn’t find a large audience. It tells the story of Vivy, an AI singer, and her 100-year quest to prevent a terrible future and save humanity.

3) One Piece: Elbaph Island Arc

I’m SO excited! After a three-month break, One Piece is finally coming back, and they’re tackling what everyone’s been waiting for! It’s a huge arc set in the legendary land of the Giants, and trust me, the crew faces some seriously terrifying enemies. The anime officially returns on Crunchyroll on April 5th, but if you’re a Netflix user, you can start watching weekly from April 11th. They’ve also switched things up with the release schedule – instead of weekly episodes, they’re doing 26 episodes a year now.

2) Dandelion

This new anime is inspired by the very first short story created by the author of Gintama, originally published 24 years ago. The series will have seven episodes and start streaming on April 16th. It includes scenes that weren’t in the original manga. The story centers around Tetsuo Tanba and Misaki Kurogane, two Angels who work for the Japanese Angel Federation and help lost spirits find rest.

1) Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2

The popular anime series will return for its second season in April, though Netflix hasn’t announced a specific release date. It premiered in Asia last summer and will soon be available worldwide on the streaming platform. This season covers two main storylines: Gojo’s time in high school and the dramatic events of the Shibuya Incident, which drastically change the world of jujutsu.
