Every Live-Action G.I. Joe Movie Is Finally Going to the Same Streaming Service

The G.I. Joe movies haven’t been very successful since Hasbro started making live-action films. Despite mixed reviews and only moderate box office numbers, fans have remained interested in the franchise. Now, this weekend, all of the previous G.I. Joe movies will be available in one place, along with the new film intended to restart the series.

Paramount+ announced its November schedule, with most new movies and shows becoming available on November 1st. That includes both G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and G.I. Joe: Retaliation.

The two earlier G.I. Joe movies from 2009 and 2013 are coming to Paramount+, joining the more recent film, Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. This means all three live-action G.I. Joe movies will now be available on the same streaming platform.

You can also find the Transformers movies on Paramount+, including the 2023 film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. The end of that movie surprisingly reveals a whole G.I. Joe organization exists in the same world, and they want the main character to join them. This was intended to kick off a shared universe featuring both Transformers and G.I. Joe, but those plans haven’t come to fruition yet.

For now, G.I. Joe fans can enjoy all the movies without needing subscriptions to several different streaming platforms.

Coming Soon to Paramount+

As a movie buff, I’m really excited about all the new stuff hitting Paramount+ this weekend! It’s not just the two G.I. Joe films, there’s a ton more. They’re bringing back all the Indiana Jones adventures, the first three Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies, and even the complete Godfather trilogy – that’s a seriously impressive lineup!
