With the upcoming Star Wars movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, we’re starting to get a few hints about the story through related products and merchandise. While the movie, directed by Jon Favreau, is scheduled to come out on May 22nd, details about the plot are still largely unknown. Favreau has said that Lucasfilm is careful about revealing too much in toys and merchandise, knowing fans will analyze everything for clues.
The biggest news came from the New York Toy Fair, with exciting reveals of LEGO sets, Hasbro action figures, Funko Pops, and other merchandise. Here’s a rundown of the key announcements and what they suggest about the movie’s storyline.
12. LEGO Star Wars Razor Crest (75447)

A new LEGO version of the Razor Crest spaceship is coming out with the release of The Mandalorian and Grogu, and it features yellow accents. Since the previous Razor Crest set was discontinued last year, fans expected a new one to coincide with the movie. This set contains 930 pieces, costs $149.99, and will be available on April 26th. It includes five minifigures, and collectors will be especially excited about the Zeb minifigure, as previous versions are now quite valuable.
11. LEGO Star Wars AT-RT Attack (75444)

The LEGO Star Wars AT-RT attack set will be available April 26th for $44.99. Inspired by a scene from the trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu, this 297-piece set includes three minifigures and a posable AT-RT, making it a great collectible item for fans.
10. Star Wars LEGO Anzellan Starship (75445)

A surprising new LEGO set includes an Anzellan starship, suggesting the Anzellans will depart Nevarro with Din Djarin and Grogu in The Mandalorian. Available April 26th for $74.99, the 701-piece set has a removable roof and opening cockpit. It includes minifigures of Grogu, two Anzellans, and a Battle Droid. LEGO states the Anzellans use the ship to construct and fix droids.
9. Star Wars LEGO New Republic X-Wing Starfighter (75460)

Fans will be happy to see a new LEGO X-Wing set that doesn’t have the typical red markings, making this 558-piece model stand out. It costs $69.99 and will be available on April 1st, including minifigures of Colonel Ward, Carson Teva, and a New Republic Astromech. This set also officially confirms that Carson Teva, played by Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, will appear in The Mandalorian and Grogu, which many fans already suspected.
8. LEGO Brick Headz The Mandalorian and Grogu: Allies & Villains (40856)

Coming out on April 26th for $39.99, this detailed set with 661 pieces lets you build five characters from the series: Din Djarin, Grogu, Colonel Ward, an Imperial Snowtrooper, and an Anzellan droidsmith. The set’s name uses plural terms, which is sparking rumors that Colonel Ward might become a villain, as currently only one character is known to be bad.
7. The Mandalorian & Grogu Black Series Collectibles
Toy Fair is starting, and with it, the promotion for the new Mandalorian movie! I love creating Star Wars scenes, and I’m especially excited to share photos from a recent Black Series photoshoot. Here are pictures of the new Mandalorian and Grogu figures! #hasbroemployee #StarWars

Hasbro revealed a new line of Black Series action figures based on The Mandalorian and Grogu. The most exciting part is a Din Djarin and Grogu set that includes a swappable hand, Din Djarin’s blaster and knife, a jetpack, and a sword. While it’s not the Darksaber, this sword is likely the one Din Djarin gets during his fight in the arena. The set costs $35.00.
Other confirmed figures are:
- Imperial Remnant Snowtrooper with E-11 rifle and removable pauldron and ammo pouch to create diversity for army building
- Imperial Remnant AT-AT Driver with blaster pistol, a redesign of a classic Empire Strikes Back look
- Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver with blaster weapon, with the uniform blending elements of Snow Trooper and Shore Trooper designs
- Imperial Remnant Stormtrooper, a Target Exclusive with blaster weapon
It’s now official: “Imperial Remnant” is the established name for the remnants of the Empire, a term that originally appeared in Season 3 of The Mandalorian.

The new Black Series action figure of Colonel Ward, played by Sigourney Weaver, is interesting because it shows her wearing an X-Wing pilot suit. However, the colors on the uniform are unusual – they indicate she’s part of the New Republic Army, and typically wouldn’t be flying starfighters. The figure also includes a pilot’s helmet.
Special First Edition versions of the game will be available in limited quantities starting March 22nd at Walmart, Target (in the U.S.), and at Hasbro’s official stores around the world. These versions will have unique white packaging. Other retailers will carry them starting in spring 2026. You can preorder the First Edition from Hasbro Pulse and other stores beginning February 13th at 1:00 PM.
6. Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Mandalorian and Grogu Action Figures

Hasbro is adding to its 3.5-inch Vintage Collection with new figures of Din Djarin and Grogu from The Mandalorian. A deluxe set featuring both characters will be available for $27.99. According to Chris Reiff, a Product Design Manager at Hasbro, this is the first deluxe figure the company will release in 2026. He told TechRadar that the new Din Djarin figure has improved articulation and includes accessories never before seen in their product line. Plus, Grogu can now sit on Din Djarin’s back!
Fans can also get a cool AT-RT walker with moving legs and realistic piston details, plus attachable blast effects – it costs $79.99. You can also find Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver and Snowtrooper figures for $19.99 each. To complete the Imperial forces, a four-pack of Stormtroopers is available for $67.99, making it great for creating a larger army.

A new IG-11 action figure will also be available, depicting him as the Marshall of Nevarro and costing $19.99. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean IG-11 will appear in the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu series, as the figure’s branding is simply connected to the show in general. Both figures will be available for preorder from Hasbro Pulse at 4:00 PM ET on February 13th, with an expected release date in spring 2026.
5. The Mandalorian and Grogu Funko Pops

Of course, there are Funko Pops of The Mandalorian and Grogu too. One of the most notable is a Zeb Orrelios figure that includes a Razor Crest ship. This might suggest that Zeb actually owns the new Razor Crest, and Din Djarin will be flying it alongside him as they team up. It’s great to see Steve Blum reprise his role as the character from Star Wars Rebels in The Mandalorian and Grogu.
4. The Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu

I’m so excited! Lucasfilm just announced a new book called The Art of The Mandalorian and Grogu! It’s basically a behind-the-scenes look at how the movie was made, and it’s packed with amazing concept art, sketches, and interviews with the people who brought it all to life. It sounds like we’ll finally get to see how they designed everything – the characters, the worlds, even the spaceships – and learn the stories behind it all. As a huge fan, I can’t wait to dive in!
It’s interesting that the official description only highlights three actors: Pedro Pascal, Sigourney Weaver, and Jeremy Allen White. This likely means their characters – Din Djarin, Colonel Ward, and Rotta the Hutt – will be central to the story. The book The Art of The Mandalorian and Grogu costs $50.00 and will be available on November 3rd.
3. The Mandalorian Visual Guide

The Mandalorian Visual Guide is one of several new Star Wars books planned to connect with the most recent film. First revealed at Star Wars Celebration last year, it’s officially coming out on May 19th and will cost $35.00.
2. A New Hope Han Solo 1/4 Scale Collectible

Hot Toys just revealed a highly detailed, 1/4-scale collectible figure of Harrison Ford as Han Solo from the original Star Wars movie, A New Hope. Here’s what they have to say about it:
Hot Toys is excited to introduce a highly detailed, 1/4 scale collectible figure of Han Solo, based on Harrison Ford’s iconic performance. This approximately 18-inch tall figure features a newly created head sculpt with realistic rolling eyes, a detailed scar, and skin texture. His hairstyle is carefully crafted to match his look from A New Hope. The figure’s new body allows for a variety of poses, from his confident stance to action-ready positions. It includes a wide range of interchangeable hands – normal, gloved, and with forearms – allowing collectors to display Han Solo in scenes from the Mos Eisley Cantina or in the middle of a firefight.
Han Solo’s costume has been carefully recreated, including his vest worn over a V-neck shirt, pants, and a black leather belt. He also has a detailed brown leather utility belt with a silver buckle and blaster holster, finished with a pair of long leather boots that complete his classic smuggler appearance. The figure comes with both his iconic DL-44 Blaster Pistol and an E-11 Blaster Rifle, plus a droid caller and an additional Stormtrooper utility belt with holster. He’s displayed on a special base designed like the Millennium Falcon, complete with a miniature ship, the Star Wars logo, and a nameplate, making him a standout piece for any Star Wars collection.
You can view a stunning gallery on Hot Toys’ official Facebook page.
