Amazon Prime Video is among them, having disclosed its upcoming roster of movies and TV shows through a newsletter shared on Monday, detailing what’s coming up throughout the month.
On the television front, here are three significant updates that fans should take note of. Primarily, the much-anticipated second season of “Gen V” is making a comeback. This popular college-based spinoff of “The Boys” will resume with fresh episodes, airing from September 17th onwards.
Starting from September 1st, the TV series “Friday Night Lights” will be available on Amazon Prime Video, marking the beginning of the month for Coach Taylor and his football team’s streaming debut. On September 26th, the afterlife comedy “The Good Place,” created by Mike Schur, will transfer from Netflix to Amazon Prime Video.
If you’re more of a movie enthusiast than a TV viewer, Prime has some notable releases lined up for September, although not as many as in previous months. Starting on the 3rd, you can catch Jason Statham’s “A Working Man,” which is one of several new movies from 2025 joining their collection.
