Everything Coming to Netflix, HBO Max & Other Streaming Services This Weekend (October 3rd)

Movie and TV lovers can look forward to a fantastic first weekend in October! Lots of fresh content is arriving on streaming platforms such as Netflix, HBO Max, and Peacock. The month started strong on Wednesday with a wave of new titles across all the major streaming services, and that trend will continue for several days to come.

Friday is expected to be the most popular day for streaming this weekend, which is typical for most streaming services. Netflix will release all episodes of Monster: The Ed Gein Story on Friday morning, featuring Charlie Hunnam as the notorious killer. Meanwhile, for younger viewers, Disney+ will debut a new Spidey and His Amazing Friends Halloween episode.

On that same day, several new movies released in 2025 will become available on various streaming platforms. The unsettling horror film Bring Her Back, from A24, will premiere on HBO Max, and the funny mystery Honey Don’t will start streaming on Peacock.
