Everything Coming to Netflix, HBO Max, Peacock & Other Streaming Services in October 2025

October is here, and all the popular streaming services have announced what new movies and TV shows they’ll be adding throughout the month. Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+, Hulu, and Tubi have all released their October schedules, so subscribers can start planning their Halloween-themed viewing now.

Since Halloween falls at the end of October, all these streaming services are adding lots of scary movies and shows this month. You’ll be able to find the first three *Scream* films on several platforms, while HBO Max will have the *Nightmare on Elm Street* series featuring Freddy Krueger. Hulu is offering most of the *Saw* movies to its subscribers.

Okay, so I was checking out what’s new on Paramount+, and wow, they’ve got a huge mix of movies! I spotted some real classics like *Fight Club*, *Good Will Hunting*, and *Heat*. There’s a ton of action with stuff like the *Rambo* films, *First Blood*, and *District 9*. If you’re into thrillers, *Panic Room*, *No Country for Old Men*, and *Nightcrawler* are there. They’ve also got some fun horror like the *Scream* series, *Hostel*, and *The Evil Dead*. And for something a little different, I saw *Frank Miller’s Sin City*, *Hugo*, and even some *Scooby-Doo* adventures! They have a bunch of the *Men in Black* movies too. Plus, some newer stuff like *The First Purge* and the streaming premiere of *Fight or Flight*. It’s a pretty diverse selection, honestly – something for everyone!

Okay, so I’ve been binging on Netflix lately, and here’s what I’ve checked out! I really enjoyed *Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story* and was completely captivated by *The Martian*. I also started watching the German series *Dudes*, and it’s surprisingly good! Then I discovered *The Game: You Never Play Alone*, an Indian series that’s totally hooked me. And for something different, I watched the Argentinian documentary *Rockstar: DUKI from the End of the World* – it was really interesting!

I also stumbled upon an Italian series called ‘The Monster of Florence,’ which looks pretty compelling too. Both are available on Netflix, of course!
