Archetype recently shared another glimpse into the future of space exploration with a new gameplay trailer for Exodus, though this one was even briefer than their previous showcase.
It looks like we’ll be seeing more short previews before Archetype releases a full gameplay demonstration. This latest clip shows the main character, Jun Aslan, and some companions investigating a frozen planet with strange alien buildings in the distance. They appear to be getting ready to explore these structures, but the video ends before they actually start their journey.
We were hoping to see more exploration of the game, but we understand that’s not currently available. We expect the upcoming Summer showcase will reveal more details, including how all the game’s features connect and function. Even the optional side quests seem important and will likely affect the overall story, encouraging players to fully engage with them.
The game Exodus is planned to launch in 2027 on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. While it will compete with The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, both games appear to offer a similar experience to Mass Effect.
