Expedition 33’s Ben Starr set to join Fortnite as latest of member of star-studded cast

I’m so hyped! Ben Starr, who’s amazing in video games and always makes me laugh, just announced he’s going to be in Fortnite! I can’t wait to see what he does in the game.

Starr has quickly become a well-known name thanks to recent roles like Clive in Final Fantasy 16, Prometheus in Hades 2, and Jimbo from Balatro, appearing as the character at several live events.

I’m so excited! It’s been almost a year since I absolutely loved Starr’s performance as Verso in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and now he’s joining Fortnite as The Visitor – one of The Seven! I can’t wait to see what he does with the role.

Starr announced on X (formerly Twitter) that he’s playing as The Visitor in Fortnite. He expressed his excitement about bringing back this popular character from The Seven, jokingly adding that he’ll likely be very enthusiastic about it. He shared his announcement with a picture of himself admiring The Visitor’s character design in the game.

These powerful heroes from across the galaxy usually appear in Fortnite during special events, stepping in to stop whatever trouble is happening and save the day.

After a pause in 2022, The Seven made a grand return during last year’s Zero Hour Live Event.

The Visitor was originally featured in the game’s first live event in 2018. However, he was removed from the game after being ‘Chromed’ during Chapter 3, Season 4.

Starr’s version of The Visitor is, therefore, a new incarnation, arriving from a separate reality.

Okay, so things are getting seriously epic in Fortnite! I just found out Starr is now part of The Seven, which is already packed with some huge names. We’re talking about The Foundation – yeah, Dwayne Johnson plays him – and other powerful members like The Paradigm (Brie Larsen), The Scientist (Joel McHale), The Origin (Rahul Kohli), The Order (Laura Bailey) and The Imagined (Cherami Leigh). It’s a pretty awesome lineup!

The Visitor is coming back to Battle Royale Island just in time for the next live event, finishing off the current season and getting everyone ready for Chapter 7 Season 2.
