Shueisha Games revealed a new game called Chronoscript: The Endless End, created by the developers of the popular title, RPG Time: The Legend of Wright.
The debut trailer is below, showing off the title’s unique, illustrated style:
Okay, so the game puts you in my shoes – I’m an editor, but I’m *inside* this never-ending manuscript! It’s a 2D action platformer where I have to run and jump my way through the pages to try and figure things out.
The game won’t be entirely 2D; it looks like it will switch to 3D at times. You’ll explore a mysterious manor-searching its pages to unlock new locations and progress.

Okay, so this game immediately grabbed my attention with its art style – it’s all hand-drawn and seriously detailed. Plus, the combat looks like it’s going to be really challenging, which is awesome. It’s 2D, but it doesn’t look easy!
