F1 Racer Charles LeClerc Announces Engagement to Alexandra Saint Mleux

Charles LeClerc is putting his romance in sport mode.

The F1 race driver announced that he and Alexandra Saint Mleux are engaged after two years of dating.

On November 2nd, Charles, 28, announced his engagement to Alexandra, 24, on Instagram. He shared a photo of them with her diamond ring and captioned it “Mr. & Mrs. Leclerc.”

The Prince also shared details about the romantic proposal. Pictures showed he’d decorated the house with a large heart made of roses and lots of candles. He continued the floral theme in the dining room, with a bouquet of roses and cookies personalized with their initials laid out on the table.

Charles didn’t reach this special moment on his own – his dog, Leo, helped out! Leo even wore a tag saying, “Dad wants to marry you!”

His former Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz Jr. also chimed in and proudly exclaimed, “Yesssss.”

Charles and Alexandra were first linked romantically in March 2023 after being seen together at Paris Fashion Week. They officially confirmed they were dating four months later with a public appearance at Wimbledon. Since then, they’ve been seen together at a few events, most recently at the F1 Grand Prix in Mexico last month.

As their relationship grows more serious, Charles is concentrating on his racing career with Ferrari. He recently reaffirmed his commitment to the team, dismissing speculation about potentially joining a different racing company. He signed a contract extension with Ferrari last January.

Speaking at the Lights Out Grand Prix in Austin on October 17th, he shared his continued passion for Ferrari. He expressed his desire to win championships with the team again, emphasizing that trust in the team’s overall project is crucial for success. He also reiterated his deep gratitude for everything Ferrari has done for him.
