F1 Sets Apple TV Release Date for December 12

Fans have something to look forward to! The actor had a great year in 2025, and his biggest movie will be available to stream shortly.

Apple is building excitement for its new movie, F1, which will be available on its streaming service starting December 12th. To coincide with the Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 23rd, Apple shared a sneak peek featuring Brad Pitt as his character, Sonny Hayes, set against the backdrop of Las Vegas.

A viral image shows Brad Pitt’s head, digitally placed on the Las Vegas Sphere, and the caption simply states, “This is big.”

As a huge racing fan, I was really excited when F1: The Movie finally hit streaming! It actually came out in theaters on June 27th, and honestly, I was surprised how quickly it became available online. Apple TV+ doesn’t always follow the usual three or four-month wait other studios do, but this was one streaming release I was counting down the days for.

Several movies that came out after F1 this summer are now available to watch online. Superman premiered on July 11th and started streaming on HBO Max on September 19th. Jurassic World Rebirth was in theaters on July 2nd before becoming available on Peacock on October 30th. And The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which premiered on July 25th, was released on Disney+ on November 5th.

Joseph Kosinski, the director of Top Gun: Maverick, directed the film. The cast included Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Javier Bardem.
