Meghan Markle may need a new outlet to share her love.
Despite releasing its first two seasons in 2025, the Netflix series With Love, Meghan won’t be getting a third season. Instead, the show will continue with occasional, standalone episodes.
A representative for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle confirmed to Variety on March 17th that their animated series, With Love, Meghan, will still be released as special episodes throughout the year.
Meghan had previously suggested that her show—where she welcomes friends in California and offers advice on cooking, decorating, and entertaining—probably wouldn’t continue in its current style.
Creating eight episodes across two seasons is a huge undertaking,” she said at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in October 2025. “After working on Suits for seven years, I know firsthand how much effort a production requires.
I was so thrilled to hear the actress talk about everything she invested in her character over the past two seasons! What really got me excited, though, was hearing she’s also thinking about how the show could evolve and go in some new and interesting directions. It sounds like she’s really passionate about the project, and I can’t wait to see what she brings to it!
The Duchess of Sussex also understands that people prefer content in various formats. She explained they’re currently exploring ways to deliver information differently – while it’s great to enjoy a 30-minute show, she wants to know how to share something quick, like a recipe, in just a couple of minutes, and where the best place to do that would be.

Meghan Markle recently released a holiday special on Netflix, debuting on December 3rd. She described the program as “really good,” highlighting its many gift-wrapping tutorials. Meghan shares two children, 6-year-old Prince Archie and 4-year-old Princess Lilibet, with her husband, Prince Harry.
Oh my gosh, you guys, Netflix totally delivered after I was losing it with anticipation! They announced on November 10th that we get to hang out with Meghan in her actual home in Montecito, California! She’s going to show us how to make the holidays extra special and meaningful with the people we love – I’m already planning my viewing party, it’s going to be magical!

Friends and family come together to decorate, prepare festive meals, make thoughtful gifts, and enjoy each other’s company, and we’re providing easy-to-follow instructions so you can do the same at home.
In November, Meghan was spotted on the set of the film Close Personal Friends, starring Lily Collins and Brie Larson, suggesting she might be returning to acting.
To catch up on all the biggest moments from With Love, Meghan, read on.
Meghan Markle shared in season two that she made husband Prince Harry and his friends custom baseball hats bearing “PH40″—his initials and age—in honor of his 40th birthday in September 2024.
Before heading to Malibu for a getaway with her friend Heather Dorak, Meghan talked about how she’s grown and changed since her twenties.
We first bonded over health and fitness, running together regularly. Now, we’re both mothers of two children, and our husbands are close friends. It’s wonderful to see how our friendship has grown and changed over the years.
The former Suits star went on to share how her thoughts about aging have evolved as well.
She described her journey through life, saying your twenties are a time of growth and self-discovery, your thirties bring clarity, and your forties are truly fulfilling. She believes experiencing each stage is essential for personal development, and it’s been fascinating to witness women becoming more confident and comfortable with themselves and their bodies as they age.
Meghan observed that she and her friends now enjoy simple pleasures like cookies and wine, saying, ‘We’ve moved into a new phase of life.’

Meghan said she hadn’t seen a former colleague from Deal or No Deal in nearly 20 years, but they recently reconnected after she reached out a couple of years ago.
When they finally got together in season two, the pair reminisced about old times on set.
“I remember all having to stand in line,” Meghan recalled, “to get our lashes put on in a row.”
You know, I’ve been following Chrissy Teigen’s career with interest, and it was lovely to connect with her a while back. Even though we haven’t seen each other recently, I always enjoy seeing what she’s up to and how she’s thriving – it’s inspiring!
Oh my gosh, I remember when I left that show, and then, like, a year later, you just blew up! I was flipping through a magazine and nearly fainted – there you were, on the cover of Sports Illustrated! It was incredible, and honestly, even back then, you were always so sweet to everyone.

When Meghan mispronounced ‘Hawthorn’ as ‘Honsworth,’ Chrissy playfully suggested it was a secret reveal of the name of her supposed third child.
As the Cravings cookbook author noted, “I was like, ‘You have a kid named Honsworth?'”
Meghan playfully responded, “You’ve never heard of my child? And honestly, if I could have kept a secret that big, that would be amazing.”

Harry made a quick appearance in season two with Meghan and Clare Smyth, the chef who catered their 2018 wedding. Clare had flown to California for the episode, and the three of them took a picture together with the caption, “Surprise Visit!”

Meghan, mother to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, recently described her son Archie as a remarkably sweet and lovable child.
“I always wanted to be a mom,” Meghan added. “I love it. It’s better than I even expected.”

Meghan had to face the music after her move from London to California.
“I really miss listening to the radio station Magic from the U.K.,” she told Tan France. “I’m going to be one of those people who always talks about how good it used to be!”
These days, she noted her playlists can range from soul to country music.
She said her favorite radio station in the car is called ‘Mom Jeans.’ It plays older songs that are fun to sing along to – the kind you’d forgotten about.

Cooking might be one of Meghan’s love languages, but her dishes don’t always turn out egg-celent.
She shared that she made roast chicken the night her husband proposed, and they even served it at their wedding. It’s become a weekly tradition for her. She also recalled that when she first cooked that chicken for him, she was still getting used to converting between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
She admitted she’d cooked a really awful chicken that night. But her point was, even if you mess up a meal, someone will still appreciate the effort you put in.

During Clare’s episode, she shared that Harry playfully teases her for saying “herbs” without the “H,” as she pronounces it the American way, making the ‘H’ silent.

The actress explained that she consulted with an Ayurvedic doctor—a traditional Indian medicine practitioner—during her pregnancy. However, she told guest Samin Nosrat she had to eat a large quantity of dates, which she found difficult. She emphasized, “So many.”

Everyone knows Meghan enjoys making jam, but she shared in the first season of her show that she really started getting into it after she and Harry settled into their home in Montecito, California.
While picking berries, Meghan explained on the second episode of With Love, Meghan that the vines were already growing there when she and Harry first moved in. She added that seeing them was what originally sparked her interest in making jams and preserves.
As for Meghan’s favorite preserve?
The Duchess of Sussex shared that making apple butter reminds her of her grandmother, and it’s a tradition she’s happy to pass on to her children, Archie and Lilibet. She imagines they’ll associate the sweet smell of slow-cooked fruit with coming home and feeling cozy, thinking, ‘Mom’s making preserves again!’
In fact, Meghan said Lili has even tried her hand at preserve-making.
While serving strawberry jam in the fifth episode, she explained that she and her daughter, Lili, made it together. Lili helped pick all the berries and then insisted on taking over the stirring and mashing herself. She was eager to help with every step, even carefully pouring in the hot mixture while staying safe. Seeing Lili so proud of her work was a really good feeling.

However, it appears Harry, who made a cameo on season one, has some culinary skills too.
I was so charmed when Meghan talked about Harry in episode five! She called him ‘H’ – so sweet – and raved about his cooking, especially his breakfasts. She said he makes ‘really great breakfast,’ and honestly, it just sounds so cozy and lovely to hear about their everyday life like that.
The duchess also offered some insight into how the Duke of Sussex likes to season his food.
Meghan shared that her husband has a habit of adding salt to his food before even tasting it. Because of this, she’s started using less salt when she cooks.

Meghan explained that she likes to combine high-end designer items with more affordable pieces – a style she calls ‘high-low’.
The actress, known for her role in Suits, described what she wore while hosting Mindy Kaling for a tea party during the first season of her show. She revealed she paired Zara pants with a Loro Piana top and a Jenni Kayne sweater.

The series highlights Meghan’s passions for things like hosting, cooking, gardening, and decorating, while also revealing some of her other hobbies and interests.
For instance, in one episode, she hosted a game night for her friends.
We all started learning mahjong together recently,” she explained. “Mahjong originated in China in the 1800s, and we play the American version. I’ve really come to appreciate how fun the game is, but even more, I love that learning it with friends brought us closer together. The game became a backdrop for strengthening our friendships.”
During a recent conversation, Vicky Tsai, the founder of Tatcha, mentioned that Meghan enjoys playing pickleball. Meghan also shared some of her favorite music genres.
In episode five, Meghan shared that she enjoys listening to ’70s soft rock, yacht rock, soul music, and music you might hear at a French dinner party.
And when it come to food, she said she has a “very, very high tolerance” for spice.
Growing up, we didn’t have much money, but my mom made sure we traveled a lot. She was a travel agent, and we always experienced new cultures and foods. She especially loved making gumbo, and I grew up enjoying the bold, spicy flavors of Soul food. I still crave that heat today, and I’m now introducing my own family to those same tastes – and they’re loving it!

In the second episode of her podcast’s first season, Meghan shared that she ate a lot of fast food and TV dinners while growing up.
She recalled in the second episode how different things felt back then, but also how normal it was to eat those compartmentalized microwavable kids’ meals. Growing up, she remembered watching Jeopardy! and eating a lot of fast food.
Her favorites at the time?
Meghan mentioned she used to frequently eat at Pollo Loco and Taco Bell, where she always ordered her Mexican pizza with extra hot sauce. She also said her mom was a big fan of Jack in the Box tacos, so they often went there too.

Meghan didn’t just share memories of her early years; she also talked about being a Girl Scout.
She shared that she was in Girl Scouts for many years, starting as a Daisy when she was five or six. She remembers selling lots of cookies, and her mom was the leader of Troop 949.

Even after stopping their official duties as working royals in 2020, Harry and Meghan retained their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles.
And in With Love, Meghan, she explained why the Sussex name is so meaningful to her.
In episode two, Meghan playfully pointed out to Mindy that she’s now known as Sussex, not Meghan Markle. She explained that having children made her realize how important sharing a family name is. She hadn’t expected it to mean so much, but she loves being able to say, ‘This is our family name, our little family name.’

Speaking of Archie and Lili, Meghan offered a few insights into their world in the series.
The mom of two says her children also enjoy gardening, and they even have their own tools. She says they’re really dedicated to it! She also mentioned her daughter loves the color pink and has a special song she sings while cleaning up.
Meghan mentioned in the fifth episode that Lili has turned the phrase ‘clean as you go’ into a little song. She demonstrated by repeating it as ‘Clean as you go. Clean, clean, clean, clean, clean as you go.’
Meghan shared some sweet stories about spending time with her children, like making sun tea with Archie and a fishing trip where he caught a trout. She also mentioned how much she enjoys cooking with them.
She explained in the fifth episode that creating these experiences and memories was really important to her. She wanted her children to remember things like, ‘Mom used to make this,’ and cherish those times with her.

Long before she was an actress or a duchess, Meghan had her first job at an ice cream shop.
She recalled being 13 years old when she got her first job at Humphrey Yogart, as she shared on episode five of the podcast With Love, Meghan.
Later on, Meghan helped make doughnuts.
She shared in episode three that doughnuts always bring back childhood memories for her. She used to work at a small doughnut shop named Lil Orbits Donuts, where they made incredibly small, mini doughnuts that they sold at craft fairs. She was involved in helping out there.
And when she was in college, Meghan worked at a bar in Chicago.
Okay, so she told it on the podcast, right? She was doing two majors at Northwestern, which is insane, and then her plan was just… to move to Chicago and work the coat check! Can you believe it? Like, she was totally prepared to start from scratch. But then people were all, ‘No, no, you’re way too good for coat check, you could be a cocktail waitress!’ It’s just… amazing to me that she was so down-to-earth, but also, clearly, everyone recognized her potential right away.
After a customer’s complicated martini order left her flustered, Meghan said her boss told her to return to her previous job at the coat check.
In addition, Meghan shared that before her current career, she had a variety of interesting jobs, including teaching gift-wrapping and bookmaking at Paper Source, and working as a hostess at Mirabelle Restaurant on Sunset Boulevard.

In the fourth episode, Meghan hosts a gathering with Delfina Blaquier, the wife of Nacho Figueras, and shares her thoughts about her experiences living abroad.
The Duchess shared that she fell in love with Argentina because it felt similar to California, with its mountains and vibrant outdoor lifestyle. Although she only spent a few months there as an intern at the U.S. embassy, she truly enjoyed her time.

Meghan starred as Rachel Zane on the TV show Suits between 2011 and 2018, and she always remembers the moment she learned she’d be relocating to Toronto for the job.
She explained that when the show was picked up, filming would be in Toronto. “So, one season in Toronto – that’s great. Then two seasons… I started to wonder if I’d be living there now!” Thankfully, she loves Canada and always made an effort to host her castmates and even people she met while walking her dog.
In fact, her costar Abigail Spencer appears in one of the With Love, Meghan episodes.

In January 2025, Meghan announced her beloved dog, Guy, passed away.
The cute beagle showed up multiple times in the Netflix show, and Meghan had previously talked about how much she loved him.
She confessed in episode four that she’d do anything for Guy, and he’s well aware of it. She explained that he’s incredibly adaptable – sometimes sweet, sometimes playful, sometimes flirtatious – but always enjoys being pampered and getting what he wants.
And he was always by her side.
She explained that Guy is always by her side, like a constant companion. They’ve been together for a very long time, ever since she lived in Toronto. He was originally found in the woods in Kentucky and has since traveled all over the world with her – to the U.K., back to Canada, and then to California. She believes he has many interesting experiences to share.
After the last episode of the first season aired, Meghan shared that the series was dedicated to the memory of Guy.
