The last Xbox Series X exclusive game of 2025 will be released on November 7th. It’s important to note that ‘console exclusive‘ means the game is available on Xbox and PC, but not PlayStation. While a PlayStation 5 version is planned, it will be released at a later, unconfirmed date. When the game launches next month, it will only be playable on PC and Xbox Series X.
On November 7th, players with Xbox Series X and S consoles will be able to purchase *Voidtrain*, a steampunk survival-action game. It’s been available in Early Access on Steam since May 9, 2023, and is now launching its full, finished version.
About the Game
Okay, so in *Voidtrain*, you’re basically an engineer trying to survive in this really weird place called the Void – it’s not like anything you’ve seen before. The whole game revolves around building up your train, exploring this strange world with it, and then battling whatever gets in your way. You can play it all by yourself, or team up with up to three other players online if you want!
Although *Voidtrain* isn’t fully released yet and doesn’t have a Metacritic score, it has a 75% positive rating on Steam based on over 3,070 user reviews. Players generally appreciate the game’s fresh and original ideas, but some find the gameplay repetitive and tedious. While the game isn’t exceptional overall, its unique concept and design might appeal to players looking for something different. If those aspects don’t grab you, it probably won’t change your mind.
One player described the game as “incredibly charming,” praising the narrator’s similarity to the voice from *Fable*. They loved the game’s lighthearted atmosphere and said it’s completely captivating – they just can’t stop playing!
