Football Manager 26 is Coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 4, Switch on December 4

Sega, in collaboration with Sports Interactive, has officially declared that Football Manager 26 will be available on PC starting November 4. Simultaneously, versions of this game for consoles (Xbox Series X/S and PS5) as well as mobile devices via Netflix will also debut. Additionally, a simplified version titled Football Manager 26 Touch has been announced for the Nintendo Switch, but it won’t be available until December 4.

Apart from revealing the launch date, Sports Interactive has also unveiled a fresh trailer for Football Manager 26. The latest sneak peek showcases the overall layout of the game’s main user interface. According to the video, the team has made improvements based on fan feedback, resulting in a more streamlined design that retains the detailed information players enjoy from this series.

At the upper part of your screen, you’ll find an updated navigation bar, designed to provide players with multiple options such as squad management, recruitment, and overall club administration. The Portal, which serves as the main screen for the game, offers a comprehensive view of the team’s performance, including upcoming matches, league standings, and more. This information is organized into separate cards, allowing players to catch a glimpse of the key details. If they wish to delve deeper, they can access further details by selecting these cards.

In simpler terms, Football Manager 26 introduces a new ‘bookmark’ function that enables players to quickly access frequently visited pages without navigating multiple layers of menus. As shown in the trailer, users can save up to six bookmarks for their preferred management screens within the game.

The search feature has been significantly improved, providing enhanced capabilities. Using this tool, players can execute a single search command to scan through various components such as players, clubs, teams, messages, staff members, and other features related to the game. Additionally, the updated search now offers guides to help players familiarize themselves with specific aspects of Football Manager 26. These tutorials can be easily accessed within the game via FMPedia.

In line with previous versions of Football Manager 26, the upcoming mobile release is unique as it will introduce the ability to transfer save game data from the precursor in the series, Football Manager 24 Mobile. Additionally, both Football Manager 26 Console and Touch editions will offer the same feature to carry over save files from Football Manager 2024 and 2023.
