For All the Talk About Crimson Desert, Nothing Beats MLB The Show on the US PS5 Chart

It’s not surprising that Crimson Desert was a top-selling game on the PlayStation Store in March.

Wow, everyone’s been talking about this new open world action game since it came out, and it’s been a huge hit! I mean, it’s already sold over 4 million copies – that’s incredible!

I was really excited for Crimson Desert, but honestly, I totally didn’t think about MLB The Show 26 coming out in March too! It looks like The Show actually beat Crimson Desert to being the big gaming news here in North America, at least.

The baseball sim is number one, with Pearl Abyss’ runaway hit settling for second.

In Europe, Crimson Desert is the top game, while MLB doesn’t even rank within the top 20.

Resident Evil Requiem puts in a good effort, coming in third on both charts.

Bungie’s recently released multiplayer game, Marathon, hasn’t had a particularly strong start, ranking sixth in the US and eleventh in Europe.
