The second season of HBO’s hit medical drama ‘The Pitt’ has added Zack Morris, formerly of EastEnders, to its cast.)
As reported by Deadline, a character named Morris has been added to the team, portraying Jackson Davis – a patient who was admitted to the emergency department following an incident at the college library.
Hailing from the mind of R Scott Gemmill, known for shows like ER and NCIS: Los Angeles, The Pitt focuses on a dedicated team of medical professionals in a bustling Pittsburgh hospital’s emergency room. The story unfolds in real-time, immersing viewers in the intense, unpredictable world they face daily.
In this TV series, Noah Wyle takes the lead role as Dr Michael ‘Robby’ Robinavitch. Katherine LaNasa, Shawn Hatosy, Taylor Dearden, Patrick Ball, Isa Briones, Fiona Dourif, Supriya Ganesh, Shabana Azeez, and Gerran Howell are among the other notable cast members.

In addition to Morris, other notable cast members joining the second season on a regular basis are Sepideh Moafi. Also, Laëtitia Hollard, Lucas Iverson, Charles Baker, Irene Choi, and Lawrence Robinson will appear frequently throughout the season.
Previously, it was disclosed that the second season will start approximately 10 months following the conclusion of season 1’s finale, and will unfold during the Fourth of July weekend, encompassing an entire day.

Season 2 is currently in production and is set air in January 2026.
