However, there were certain returns that some fans had long thought would never materialize. The return of CM Punk, though, has reignited hope for these unexpected comebacks. Tonight on SmackDown, one of those long-awaited returns finally occurred, and despite the nearly decade-long wait, it proved to be well worth it.
