We can confirm that Winterfest 2025 will be included in Chapter 7 Season 1. This season will have a Hollywood theme, featuring well-known celebrities and even content inspired by the movie Kill Bill.
Let’s jump right in before we get on Santa’s naughty list! Here’s what people are guessing about the release date for Fortnite Winterfest 2025.
When is Fortnite Winterfest 2025? Start date speculation
Fortnite Winter Fest 2025 will likely start between 14th and 20th December.
Fortnite Winterfest has always started around this time of year, and there’s no reason to think 2023 will be any different.
Popular Fortnite insider Blortzen revealed on X (formerly Twitter) in November that Winterfest will likely begin shortly after December 11th, coinciding with the start of Chapter 7 Season 1.
Epic Games hasn’t officially announced anything yet. While it’s unusual, internal issues could potentially cause a delay. Generally, Epic will only reveal the release date when they’re certain Fortnite Winterfest 2025 is fully prepared.
When we hear something more official, we will let you know as soon as possible!
What to expect from Fortnite Winterfest 2025
Reliable Fortnite leaker HYPEX reports that a Harry Potter collaboration is coming to the game, featuring character skins and a magical broom as a special item.
Players might be able to fly around the map on a broom, and we expect there will also be a Golden Snitch to collect during gameplay.
We had the Witch’s Broom back in Chapter 2, so I already have a pretty good idea of what to expect with how the Nimbus 2000 will handle in Fortnite. I’ve flown that thing enough to know what’s up!
Blortzen also suggests a Winterfest Hatsune Miku skin is coming to Fortnite. This is based on a leaked LEGO hairpiece model that looks very similar to the hairstyle of Snow Miku.
HYPEX reported that the Fortnite map will likely have more snow-covered areas. This is based on footage from the Naruto collaboration trailer, where SpushFNBR noticed the changes and KPMisParrot pinpointed the exact locations on the map.
So all in all, we’ve got Harry Potter, Snow Miku and snow. What a time to be alive.
