Catalina Sandino Moreno, who plays Tabitha Matthews in the horror series From, has shared news about the release of season 4. The show, available on MGM+, follows a group of people trapped in a town terrorized by creatures that come out at night.
Moreno recently told The Direct that she expects the new season to arrive in March or April, though she doesn’t know the exact release date. She also hinted that this season will be among the show’s strongest. You can read her full statement below.
I’m not sure of the exact release date, but it will likely be in March or April. It’s definitely coming soon, and it’s part of a really exciting season. I had a great time making the show, and I think viewers will really enjoy watching it – it’s just a lot of fun.
That show is incredibly addictive – once you start watching, you just can’t stop, like when you’re eating Pringles. It’s easy to get hooked, it’s fun, and it’s really entertaining. It’s a good show overall, and this new season looks promising.
Filming for season 4 of From finished in November 2025, and MGM+ has announced that the show will return in 2026, along with season 2 of The Institute. Recent comments suggest From will premiere in the first half of 2026, before The Institute’s new season.

The third season of From concluded in November 2024, leaving viewers eager to find out what happens next. While production wrapped in November 2025, and the new season is expected in March or April 2026, this is still a fairly quick turnaround – especially considering how long some popular streaming shows take to return with new seasons.
The series started quietly in 2022, but quickly gained popularity and widespread praise, even earning recognition from acclaimed author Stephen King. Critics on Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 96% rating, while audiences scored it at 80%. Season 3 was a critical triumph, achieving a perfect 100% score on the Tomatometer.
Besides Rita Moreno, the cast of ‘From’ includes Harold Perrineau as Sheriff Boyd Stevens, David Alpay as Jade Herrera, Elizabeth Saunders as Donna Raines, Avery Konrad as Sara Myers, Chloe Van Landschoot as Kristi Miller, Ricky He as Kenny Liu, Eion Bailey as Jim Matthews, Hannah Cheramy as Julie Matthews, Simon Webster as Ethan Matthews, and Scott McCord as Victor Kavanaugh.
The third season ends with a surprising death, major secrets that change how we understand everything that happened before, and the arrival of a creepy new villain called the Man in Yellow (played by Douglas E. Hughes). Fans are eager to see how these plotlines will be resolved when the show comes back.
Season 3 of From resolved many of the show’s mysteries, but plenty of questions remain. With season 4 likely arriving in just a couple of months, fans are getting closer to finding answers as the characters struggle to survive and find a way out of the Township.
