This year’s Gamescom Opening Night Live is expected to be just as bustling as the previous years. In fact, host Geoff Keighley has announced that it will span over two hours due to its full schedule.
As a fervent admirer, it’s not entirely unexpected given past occurrences, but my curiosity is piqued about the potential titles that could emerge. The announcement of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has been confirmed for its global unveiling, which undoubtedly means we’ll get a glimpse of its campaign gameplay. Krafton’s inZOI is also gearing up to reveal its new resort-themed city, Cahaya.
As a gamer, I’ve got my fingers crossed that we might finally hear about the release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong. With a new playable demo available at the Xbox booth, it sure feels like it could be any day now! Plus, there’s buzz surrounding potential trailers for Little Nightmares 3, ARC Raiders, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants, and The Outer Worlds 2. And to top it off, rumors are swirling about an exclusive theater presentation for The Outer Worlds 2 – talk about exciting times!
Time will tell, so stay tuned. Gamescom Opening Night Live will air on August 19th at 11 AM PT.
