Gavin & Stacey favourite Rob Brydon stars in a first look at the BBC’s new comedy Bill’s Included.
The comedy series centers around Bill Beam, portrayed by Brydon, a kind-hearted but overly eager divorced man who rents out extra rooms in his house to students to make ends meet.
Bill attempts to balance being a landlord with trying to be a friend to his tenants, leading to comical mishaps, challenges, and surprisingly heartwarming connections with his diverse group of housemates.
Samantha Spiro, known for her role in ‘Waiting for the Out,’ and Nigel Lindsay, from ‘MobLand,’ will play Bill’s neighbors, Siobhan and Martin. Kevin Eldon (‘Trigger Point’) joins the cast as Drew, the owner of a record store.
The cast also includes Dylan Brady (known for Mary & George), Ada Player (The Power of Parker), Harry Baxendale (The Radleys), and Yasmin Al-Khudhairi (A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder) as students Christian, Hettie, James, and Zahra. You can see them in the image below.

Filming is already under way for the new BBC show, which will comprise six 30-minute episodes.
Brydon expressed his excitement about joining Bill’s Included, praising the writing of Alex Owen and Ben Ashenden. He said he’s thrilled to work with their ‘truly wonderful scripts’ and help share them with an audience.
Rupert Majendie, from Baby Cow Productions, explained that ‘Bill’s Included’ is the type of show they particularly enjoy creating.
This hilarious comedy focuses on compelling characters and surprisingly heartfelt moments. Rob Brydon delivers a standout performance, and we can’t wait for you to meet the unforgettable Bill!
