Gemma Collins revealed that the upcoming reality series, Four Weddings and a Baby, will show her at her lowest, and she was very anxious about filming it, losing a lot of sleep worrying about the show.
A new reality series, expected in 2026, will document Gemma Collins as she plans her wedding and tries to start a family with her fiancé, Rami Hawash. The couple has been engaged for four years, and the show will follow Gemma’s IVF journey as they pursue parenthood.
Throughout the show, Collins will share personal stories for the first time, discussing how her experiences – both good and bad – have influenced who she is today. She’ll also talk openly about relationships and the challenges of being in the public eye.
The actor recently told TopMob and other news outlets that filming Four Weddings and a Baby wasn’t easy.
This is the first TV show I’ve worked on that really scared me, because it feels very real and unfiltered. There’s no glossing things over, except for a few brief glimpses of me at work. I decided to give the cameras complete access to everything,” she said.
You’re seeing the real me, flaws and all – not just a public persona. Despite the fame and fortune, I wanted to show that anyone can struggle, and that’s what made me so anxious about creating this show.
I’ve always been comfortable on TV, usually able to handle it without any worry. But this particular show caused me a lot of stress and kept me up at night.
Honestly, it still feels unreal to be here tonight – like, how did I end up with a show on Sky TV? I’m so grateful to Shirley Jones, who actually worked on TOWIE as a producer years ago. And thank you to everyone at Navybee who’s been supporting us. I haven’t seen the finished version of the show yet, so I don’t know what made the final cut, but it definitely wasn’t a simple process.
It’s strange because this isn’t meant to be entertainment – it’s a documentary series, so you’re seeing everything as it is. I apologize if I don’t appear very glamorous.

When Navybee announced the show in August, Collins said the next year would be the most important of his life. He also hinted that viewers would finally get a glimpse of the person behind his public persona, GC.
She shared that she’ll be spending the next year planning her wedding and starting to think about having a family.
She shared that while she’s always been comfortable on camera, she’s now ready to show a more authentic side of herself, opening up about deeply personal experiences with the public.
I’m finally ready to share everything – not just what’s happening now, but also my history and all the experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.
