Sony has been gradually sharing snippets of gameplay for the Ghost of Yotei, with each video highlighting a distinct weapon from Atsu’s collection.
The latest is out now, and it focuses on firearms:
In the year 1603, Atsu is depicted with both a matchlock rifle and what appears to be a flintlock pistol. Notably, in the presented footage, the initial shot originates from the handgun, while subsequent shots are discharged from the rifle – each requiring her to manually reload it after every shot.
As a gamer, when Atsu isn’t wielding firearms or spinning katanas around, she’s just as deadly with her twin swords. A swift, grisly decapitation is a testament to how quick and lethal these weapons can be.

The short clips make the game look incredibly entertaining – we can hardly contain our excitement to play it! The release date for Ghost of Yotei is fast approaching on October 2nd, so we don’t have much longer to wait!
