Sony and Sucker Punch Productions will release a new update for Ghost of Tsushima on November 24th. Update 1.100.000 adds a “New Game+” mode, letting players start the game again with their existing progress.
Get the latest details below.
New Game+ lets you start Atsu’s story of revenge all over again, but this time you’ll keep all the items and abilities you unlocked during your first playthrough. You’ll also get new armor, different difficulty levels, and other extras to enhance your experience.
Once you complete the main story, New Game+ becomes available, offering increased difficulty levels and two new Trophies to earn. You’ll also find a new currency called Ghost Flowers, which can be traded to a new vendor for over 30 cosmetic items – including armor sets and weapon colors – plus 10 charms. Additionally, you can unlock another level of upgrades for your current armor and weapons.
We’re excited to announce a new update that improves both the main game and adds to the New Game+ experience. After finishing the story, you’ll be able to replay content and see detailed stats. We’re also including more ways to customize your gameplay with new accessibility features, like remapping directional buttons. Finally, we’re expanding Photo Mode with options like adjustable shutter speed, a composition grid, and fresh filters.
Ghost of Yotei is available now for PlayStation 5.
