Sucker Punch has unveiled a fast-paced new trailer for *Ghost of Yōtei*, the sequel to *Ghost of Tsushima*. Unlike previous trailers that focused on a single weapon, this one gives a glimpse into Atsu’s past and why she’s heading back to Ezo. You can watch it below.
After the Yōtei Six brutally killed her family and left her for dead, Atsu dedicates herself to revenge, tracking down each member of the group. To succeed, she must find clues to their locations and hone her skills, developing a powerful arsenal. While she’s skilled with a katana, she also learns to wield a variety of other weapons, including dual swords, the odachi, kusarigama, yari, and even firearms.
Ghost of Tsushima: Yōtei launches on PlayStation 5 on October 2nd. If you’d like to see more of the beautiful landscapes of Ezo, you can find details here. The game’s co-director, Nate Fox, has also confirmed that the character Atsu is not related to Jin Sakai, the hero of the first Ghost of Tsushima game. You can read more about that here.
