Gigi Hadid Makes Rare Comment About “Love” Bradley Cooper

Gigi Hadid borrowed a page from the supportive girlfriend playbook.

Although the supermodel didn’t join Bradley Cooper on the red carpet at the premiere of his new film, *Is This Thing On?*, she publicly congratulated him on his successful night.

Celebrating a big night! The 30-year-old shared on Instagram, congratulating her partner on their film’s premiere. She also gave a shout-out to stars Laura Dern, Will Arnett, and Andra Day, as well as everyone who worked on the movie.

He’s not only supported by his girlfriend of two years, but also by his daughter, Lea, who is eight years old. He co-parents Lea with his ex-partner, Irina Shayk, and she’s even been involved in helping him make his films.

The actress revealed at the New York Film Festival on October 10th that she’s involved in the new film. She explained that she was working on *A Star is Born* when the child was born, and now she’s included in *Maestro* as well.

He said having her on set was completely normal. It’s simply part of the job, and actually a pleasant experience because she’s so dedicated.

And isn’t shying about speaking up, either.

He explained that his daughter is very honest and has strong opinions about everything, which he appreciates. He values her input so much that he even includes her in the casting process, watching audition tapes with her.

Lea is working in Hollywood, and now Gigi is trying her hand at acting as well – she recently auditioned for the role of Rapunzel in Disney’s live-action remake of *Tangled*.

Okay, so Gigi didn’t *get* the role, but she told Vogue that she was SO proud of the scene she filmed! Honestly, she totally knew a professional singer would probably end up getting it, and she was cool with that. She’s just so gracious, even when it comes to something she worked hard on. It makes me love her even more, especially knowing she’s a mom to little Khai! It’s just… everything about her is amazing.

Still, it’s Cooper who has inspired her to explore her talents. 

She’s said she has a lot of respect for him as an artist. He’s a big source of encouragement and really believes in her.

She explained that having people you look up to believe in you can be incredibly empowering. It’s about realizing there’s not much to lose by trying something new – just take a chance and go for it!

People are speculating that Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid are dating after they were seen having dinner with friends at the popular New York City restaurant, Via Carota, on October 5th.

Bradley and Gigi were spotted together again on November 1st, attending a performance of the off-Broadway play *Danny and the Deep Blue Sea*. Bradley also joined Gigi for a girls’ night out on November 4th, where they had dinner at BondSt with Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, Cara Delevingne, and Brittany Mahomes.

Gigi and Bradley took their relationship to the next level over the new year by meeting each other’s families. On January 7th, after the 2024 Golden Globes, Gigi joined Bradley and his mother, Gloria Campano, for dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

The couple publicly acknowledged their relationship on January 25th when they were seen holding hands in London. Their romance continued to blossom a few weeks later on Valentine’s Day, with a date in New York City where they were photographed walking close together and coordinating their outfits. Bradley was also seen being a supportive partner while visiting Gigi’s boutique on February 26th.

Bradley and Gigi showed off their affection for each other while having dinner at Via Carota on March 14th – the same restaurant where they were first seen together back in October. They were joined this time by Antoni Porowski and Tan France, stars of *Queer Eye*. Tan France also works with Gigi as her co-host on *Next in Fashion*.

The couple went on a date to see *Sweeney Todd* on Broadway and then got a chance to meet cast member Joanna Carpenter backstage.

Gigi and Bradley enjoy going to the theater together, something Gigi hadn’t prioritized in a while. In an April 2025 interview with Vogue, Gigi said Bradley reintroduced her to the joy of Broadway. They recently saw Alyssa Milano perform in Chicago, and Gigi appreciated sharing that experience with him.

Over a year after they were first rumored to be dating following a trip to New York City, the couple was spotted enjoying a walk together in the NoHo neighborhood.
