Gran Turismo 7’s Spec 3 Tracks and Cars Finally Detailed, Power Pack Retails for $30

The latest update for Gran Turismo 7, called Spec 3, launches tomorrow at midnight Pacific Time and is Polyphony Digital’s largest yet. A new post on the PlayStation Blog revealed the two new race tracks and eight new cars that will be included, along with new World Circuits and Extra Menus. You may have already spotted these features in the trailer!

The game now features several new cars, including the Ferrari 296 GT3 ’23 and 296 GTB ’22, the classic FIAT Panda 30 CL ’85, the Gran Turismo F3500-B, the Mine’s BNR34 GT-R N1 base, the Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R ’97, the Polestar 5 Performance ’26, and the Renault Espace F1 ’95. Players can test these vehicles out on the Yas Marina Circuit and Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve.

Both have new events to partake in, including:

  • European Sunday Cup 400: Goodwood Motor Circuit
  • Japanese FF Challenge: Blue Moon Bay Speedway – Infield A
  • Nissan GT-R Cup: Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve
  • Ferrari Circuit Challenge: Yas Marina Circuit
  • World Touring Car 800: Yas Marina Circuit
  • Super Formula: Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve
  • Gr.1 Prototype Series: Yas Marina Circuit

We’ve increased the Collector Level to 75 (previously 50), unlocking new Extra Menus in GT Cafe! You can find a complete list of these menus, featuring some well-known brands, below.

  • Extra Menu No. 48: Alfa Romeo Legends(Collector Level 70)
  • Extra Menu No. 49: Legendary Road Racers(Collector Level 66 and above)
  • Extra Menu No. 50: Audi TT(Collector Level 52 and above)
  • Extra Menu No. 51: Mazda(Collector Level 57 and above)

Beyond these features, players can also enjoy Weekly Challenges – special, time-limited online events. They’ll also have access to a Data Logger, which provides real-time feedback on their performance during Time Trial, Licenses, and Circuit Experience, showing details like racing lines, speed, and braking. Plus, there are Dunlop Tires to enhance the experience.

The paid “Power Pack” will be available for $29.99 on launch day. It’s a great value, as it includes five million in-game Credits worth over $40, so you’re essentially getting it for less than its value. Plus, Polyphony has confirmed you can earn Stars by completing downloadable content races and use those Stars to unlock six specially tuned cars from Gran Turismo.
