Guide: Arc Raiders: How to Solve Harvester Puzzle and Earn Great Loot

Now that ARC Raiders is out, players are eager to find the best gear quickly. This guide will show you how to solve the Harvester puzzles and get valuable rewards.

Arc Raiders Harvester Puzzle: Finding The Harvester

  • The ARC Harvester event appears on the Dam Battleground map and consists of a puzzle guarded by the formidable Queen, an ARC capable of wiping entire lobbies
  • To start this puzzle, make your way over to the Red Lakes section of the map, and right around the middle should lie the ARC Harvester. Do note this is a limited-time event on a rotation, so if you don’t see it, the event might not be running at that moment in time
  • Once you have made your way over to the Harvester, marked on the map, you should see the Queen and other ARC enemies seemingly surrounding it. Despite this, sneaking past is easier than you think.
  • Just look for an opening into one of the three vents on the harvester – we recommend you wait for the Queen to be on the opposite side of the door you are going to be entering for the best chance at survival
  • Upon approaching the entrance, you will need to breach open the vent with your pickaxe. We also advise removing your shield at this point, due to potential electrical interference during your time inside the Harvester (more on that later)

  • Once inside the structure, you will see a central column with three elevators on each side. Pay attention to the central column throughout your stay inside, as it will periodically flash orange, indicating that a pyro blast will ignite everything inside
  • In this situation, you want to run to either of the three vents that will open (preferably the one not on the side nearest the Queen) and wait until the flames stop, at which point you are free to enter again. The column could also emit a non-lethal electric shock while flashing blue, stunning you; for this, running outside is not necessary so long as you have removed your shield

Now that we’ve covered the necessary warnings, let’s move on to the main part of this event: the Harvester puzzle.

Arc Raiders Harvester Puzzle: How to Solve the Puzzle

  • To start, locate a lift that will take you up to the second level of the Harvester. At this raised level, you will find multiple breachable vents that will contain loot. While this is good, what you are looking for are cylindrical fuses, two of which will pop out of any of the assorted vents, and one of which will be already spawned on the floor of the Harvester.
  • Once you have gathered the three fuses, return to the centre of the room and place them on the ground. (Remember to be ready at any point for the flame that will engulf the Harvester periodically, signalled by a siren and orange lights)
  • Once all fuses are on the ground floor, turn your attention to the centre column. At the lower end, you will see three interactable crevices that open up small containers for the fuses to be placed in. Interact and breach these containers one at a time
  • After each one, place the fuse into it immediately after it opens, until you have all three inside.
  • Do also note that when the pyro barrage inside the Harvester happens, the three fuses will be ejected and need to be replaced back into their respective cases to continue on with the puzzle. This, however, will not reset any other later progress made in the Harvester, so have no fear!

  • After all three fuses are inserted, you should see a plethora of yellow buttons extend from the walls of the Harvester, with some scattered on the ground and the upper floor.
  • You will need to destroy all of the buttons. We recommend you do this with your pickaxe to avoid drawing the Queen’s attention. Use overhead swing for the ground floor buttons, and normal swing for the upper floor ones, until all are gone.
  • During this phase, the Harvester will still periodically send out EMP shocks and flames. A way to see if the flames are coming is that the buttons will retract into the walls, then reappear after the barrage has ended.
  • After all of the buttons have been destroyed, the puzzle will end, granting you access to all of the legendary blueprints and loot inside the centre column, which will extend out in small barrels for you to claim.
  • It doesn’t exactly stop there, however, as there is still the means of getting out of the Harvester safely. We recommend you do a similar manoeuvre to that of what you did on the way in: leaving out of one of the three vents when the Queen and other strong ARC are not looking, letting you slip away with all of your fresh, precious loot in your possession!
