Gypsy Rose Blanchard Shares Look at “Mom Mornings” With Baby Aurora

The reality TV personality from *Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up* shared a glimpse into her daily routine, showing how she’s connecting with her 8-month-old daughter, Aurora, and her boyfriend Ken Urker.

Gypsy, age 34, shared a glimpse of her morning routine on Instagram on September 19th, calling it “mom mornings.” She began her day with coffee, enjoying an espresso in the backyard. After that, she changed and fed her daughter, Aurora, and they watched the popular toddler show, Mrs. Rachel. The video ended with them playing with Aurora’s toys.

Gypsy Rose, who spent eight years in prison for her role in the death of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard, has often spoken fondly of her family. Just the day before, she shared a heartwarming picture of herself, her partner Ken, and their baby daughter.

The reality star is enjoying being a new mom, and she and her partner Ken – who got back together in 2024 after ending their engagement five years prior – are thrilled that their first child is a girl.

BlownBeauty Art founder admitted she felt relieved to be having a girl, saying she wasn’t sure how to raise a boy. She explained to *People* magazine in February that, as someone who loves traditionally feminine things, she feels much more comfortable with dresses, pink, and ruffles – things she knows well.

Gypsy Rose shared that her wish for a daughter is connected to the difficult relationship she had with her mother, who has since passed away, and that they also enjoyed fun times together.

She acknowledged that even though her relationship with her own mother was difficult, she cherishes the special bond she now shares with her daughter. She feels fortunate to experience this closeness, something she didn’t have growing up.

She expressed her happiness at being able to experience motherhood and understand what it’s like to be a mom.

She announced on her Facebook page, as reported by People, that she and her husband are separating and she has moved back in with her parents who live near the bayou.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard filed for divorce from Ryan Scott on April 8, 2024, as reported by TMZ. The couple had married in prison in July 2022, and had been married for almost two years.

In late April 2024, shortly after filing for divorce, Gypsy revealed she had reunited with her former fiancé, Ken Urker. The next month, she confirmed their relationship was back on by posting a video of their sweet moments together on TikTok.

In her video, Gypsy described her love story with Ken as “legendary.”
