Hailee Steinfeld Is Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Josh Allen

Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are adding one member more to their team’s roster.  

The actress from Sinners and the Buffalo Bills quarterback got married in May, and she announced on December 12th that they are expecting their first child.

Hailee shared a video on her Beau Society Substack of a sweet moment with her partner, Josh, where he kissed her baby bump while they were out in the snow. The video showed off her growing pregnancy belly.

Thinking about turning 29, she shared that her 28th year was a whirlwind of wonderful, challenging, and life-altering experiences. She realized this past year especially highlighted just how valuable life is.

News of Hailee’s pregnancy follows rumors that began when fans noticed a possible baby bump at the Governors Awards in Los Angeles on November 16th. Despite the speculation, she skillfully hid her figure in a gray Stéphane Rolland Couture gown featuring a dramatically ruched waist.

The Pitch Perfect 2 actress had openly discussed her and Josh’s desire to have more children for several months. Just before announcing her pregnancy, she shared that she and the NFL player definitely wanted kids as they settled into married life.

Oh my gosh, she was talking about him, and it was everything. She said finding him gave her this incredible inner peace, like a solid foundation in her life, and she’s genuinely grateful every single day. She actually said life just… makes sense now! Like, everything finally clicked into place. It’s like she’s finally becoming the person she always knew she could be, and it’s all because of him. I seriously get it, you know? It’s just… perfect.

I have to say, before Hailee met him, she wasn’t truly living. It was like she hadn’t realized what she was missing until she fell for the quarterback. Now, she’s completely rearranged her life – making sure she has plenty of time for the people she loves most. It’s amazing to see how much he’s changed things for her!

She told Variety in October that being able to spend time with him is a real gift. She enjoys using this time of year to relax, offer her support, and simply enjoy life.

Since starting to date Josh in 2023, the actress from The Edge of Seventeen has found a much better work-life balance, which she says has been incredibly positive.

She said she’s learned to appreciate taking things slower and to communicate that need to others.

At a June press conference, Josh shared that marrying Hailee was the biggest decision of his life, and he was confident he’d made the right choice.

He said she’d simplified his life so much that he didn’t worry about other problems.

After Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen recently ended his relationship with Brittany Williams, he was seen having dinner in New York City with actress Hailee Steinfeld.

Two months later, the duo confirmed their relationship while kissing on vacation in Mexico. 

Almost a year after people started speculating they were dating, the athlete and actress recently made a public appearance on social media. They helped the athlete’s sister, Nicala Madden, reveal whether she’s having a boy or a girl in a sweet TikTok video.

 

During Paris Fashion Week, the actress from The Edge of Seventeen and her NFL player boyfriend were spotted on a date, both wearing similar khaki-colored outfits.

I was so excited to see that the NFL star finally made things Instagram official with his partner! He posted a bunch of photos on July 23rd, and one of them was a gorgeous shot of them in front of the Eiffel Tower – it was such a sweet moment to see!

Included in that same post, the “Starving” singer squeezed in for a photo with Josh’s family. 

Reporter Kay Adams, on her show Up & Adams, playfully nicknamed him “Mr. Hard Launch.” When she asked about his relationship with Hailee, he shyly responded, “We love love.”

Hailee and Josh announced their engagement on Instagram on November 29, 2024, with a photo of Josh proposing and Hailee accepting with a kiss. They revealed they got engaged on November 22, 2024.

 

As a lifestyle observer, I was so charmed to see Josh and Hailee officially step out as a couple just months after getting engaged! They made their red carpet debut at the NFL Honors, and it was incredibly sweet when Josh, after being named MVP, gave Hailee a beautiful shoutout during his acceptance speech. It felt like a really genuine moment, and a lovely way to celebrate their relationship alongside his professional achievement.

He told her she was his greatest support and closest friend, adding that he wouldn’t have been able to achieve this moment without her.

The couple exchanged vows in a beautiful California wedding. The bride wore a strapless gown with elegant elbow-length gloves.
