Hailee Steinfeld’s Husband Josh Allen Reacts to Golden Globes Look

Josh Allen is winning on and off the field.

Following the Buffalo Bills’ 27-24 playoff win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, NFL player Josh Allen gave his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, flowers to compliment her stunning outfit at the 2026 Golden Globes.

The Bills quarterback shared a photo of the actress from Sinners looking stunning in a peach Prada gown at the January 11th ceremony, which was hosted by Nikki Glaser.

Hailee announced she was expecting a baby in December and shared a photo showing off her baby bump. Her husband, Josh, 29, responded with heart and drooling emojis. (You can see photos from the red carpet here.)

Although the football star was playing a game at EverBank Stadium in Florida and couldn’t be at the Golden Globes this year, he still received a mention when an actor from The Edge of Seventeen presented an award at the Beverly Hills ceremony.

The announcer introduced Hailee Steinfeld, star of the show Sinners, and congratulated her on the Buffalo Bills’ victory. They also welcomed Golden Globe winner Ayo Edebiri.

Even though he couldn’t go on a date with Hailee, 29, he was exactly where he needed to be. He helped his team win on January 11th by scoring a crucial touchdown with just over a minute remaining, giving the Bills their first playoff victory on the road in over thirty years.

Hailee had a great night as well. Her film, Sinners, won two awards – for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, and Best Original Score – out of the seven categories it was nominated in.

The Oscar nominee explained to Who What Wear that when she first read the script for the Ryan Coogler-directed film, she had a strong, instinctive reaction. She described it as a rare and special feeling – something she’s only experienced a few times in her career – and once you feel it, it’s all you want to chase.

In fact, she described her Character Mary as a role she “had been waiting for.”

She expressed her hope to continue doing this work for many years to come, seeing it as an important part of her future.
