Haley Kalil’s Attorney Addresses Matt Kalil’s “Unsupported” Lawsuit

Haley Kalil and Matt Kalil‘s legal battle continues.

An influencer is facing a lawsuit from her ex-husband, who claims she invaded his privacy. This stems from a comment she made during a live stream in November 2025, where she compared his penis size to “two coke cans, maybe even a third.” Her lawyer, Matthew Bialick, has responded, calling the lawsuit baseless and without legal merit.

According to a statement released on January 7th, the attorney argued that the lawsuit attempts to significantly broaden current legal standards and set a dangerous precedent by holding a woman responsible simply for honestly discussing a past relationship. This, the attorney emphasized, raises significant concerns about freedom of speech, particularly given that the case involves well-known individuals.

Haley, who was married to the former NFL player for almost six years before they divorced in 2015, will quickly ask the court to throw out the lawsuit.

Haley, 33, told TopMob News in a statement on January 6th that she was “truly shocked and deeply hurt” to learn Matt, 36, had sued her because of things she said.

 

When her remarks initially gained widespread attention last year, Haley pointed out that she’d discussed a lot more than just what people online were focusing on. She specifically mentioned the development and strengthening of her relationship with her husband, Matt, over the course of their marriage.

She told TMZ in November that she was disappointed only a small part of the story was being highlighted, as it didn’t fully show how important things had been to her.

According to court documents, Matt claims the model is responsible for the unwanted attention they received because she revealed very personal and private details about their relationship.

The former Houston Texans player said he and his family have been upset by the continued sharing of hurtful and private statements. His wife, Keilani Asmus, has reportedly received concerning and frightening messages because of this.

He is requesting a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000.
