Hands On: Secretlab Titan Evo Cyberpunk Edition – Johnny Silverhand Would Be Proud

In 2022, we reviewed the Secretlab Titan Evo gaming chair. It’s a high-end, and rather pricey, seat that’s likely worth the investment.

We still agree with our original review, except for one thing: if you’re considering buying this chair, the Cyberpunk 2077 edition is worth a look – and it’s the one we’re testing today. While this model has been available for a few years, it’s currently on sale for £469 at Secretlab – down from the usual price of £599.

The Titan Evo Cyberpunk Edition is a top-of-the-line chair, perfect for anyone who wants to feel like royalty – or a tech expert. It shares the quality of the original, with luxurious faux leather and lots of adjustable features like lumbar support and armrests. This special edition also has a unique design, including the famous Samurai logo and bright neon yellow details, making it feel like it came straight from the vibrant streets of Night City.

Adjustability, Comfort & Features

The Titan Evo is loaded with features and can be customized to fit any gamer comfortably, whether they have enhancements or not.

This chair easily reclines with a simple handle, and a locking feature keeps the backrest securely at your preferred angle. Plus, it includes adjustable lumbar support that you can customize to perfectly fit the curve of your back.

This chair comes with a comfortable memory-foam head pillow that attaches magnetically (and is worth £40 if bought separately). I found I didn’t need it when sitting upright in my preferred gaming position, but it’s great for when I lean back and relax. It’s really useful that you can easily attach and detach it.

The armrests are adjustable in multiple directions and can be easily swapped thanks to a magnetic system – it’s a simple feature with a complicated name: ‘CloudSwap Technology’.

All these details really make this chair special, and I’ve noticed I’m much more comfortable and don’t need to fidget or change positions as often.

Having previously used a basic office chair every day, I can confidently say the improvement with this chair is huge. I wouldn’t want to go back to my old chair, and it seems like many other Secretlab customers feel the same way.

Build Quality

Okay, so if you’re familiar with Secretlab, you already know they make some seriously high-quality stuff. And the Titan Evo chair? It totally lives up to the hype. Honestly, you don’t even need me to tell you it’s good – Secretlab’s reputation speaks for itself.

The chair comes in a surprisingly huge box – it’s big enough to rent out in London! Although putting it together looks tricky at first, the included instructions make the process pretty easy.

This chair is exceptionally well-made. The stitching and overall attention to detail are almost flawless. It feels incredibly solid and durable – you don’t have to worry about handling it with care.

Despite the chair being a bit expensive, it’s definitely worth the cost and feels like a good value for your money.

Cyberpunk Design

This chair isn’t just comfortable and packed with features – it really makes you feel like you’re stepping into the world of a cyberpunk hero.

The Cyberpunk 2077 logo on the headrest is beautifully crafted, and its bright neon yellow color really catches the eye, making it a great addition to any gaming space. This chair is much bolder than other, more understated designs from Secretlab, helping it stand out.

I really appreciate the little touches like the unique stitching, Cyberpunk branding, and the ‘neural connection’ patch. As a big fan of Cyberpunk 2077, I love the way this chair looks.

What I love most about this chair is the stitched samurai logo on the back. The red skull, famously worn by Johnny Silverhand, is a fantastic addition – it perfectly complements the chair’s diagonal ‘cyberware’ lines and ties all the design elements together. I’m sure any Cyberpunk fan will appreciate both its comfortable design and awesome look.

Let’s talk about the price of the Titan Evo – it’s definitely an investment. It’s likely to be too expensive for some, but if you’re willing to spend a bit more and want a really comfortable, versatile gaming chair – especially if you’re a Cyberpunk fan – it’s worth considering.
