Many viewers of the anime series Beastars are curious to know what happens next. Specifically, they’re asking if a fourth season is planned, or if Netflix has decided to end or continue the show. Beastars centers around Legoshi, a gray wolf, and his romantic feelings for Haru, a dwarf rabbit.
Has Beastars been canceled or renewed for Season 4?
Okay, so I’ve been checking for updates on another season, and it’s confirmed – sadly, there won’t be a Season 4. The story of Beastars is officially finished! The creators decided to wrap things up with the second part of the final season, which means that’s where the anime ends. It’s a bit disappointing, but at least we got a complete story!
Although the ending may have surprised some viewers, it seems the creators had actually been planning it all along.
The anime concluded with the release of Season 3 Part 2 on Netflix on March 7, 2026. Rather than create a new season, the creators divided the last season into two parts to fully adapt the story from the original manga.
The first part of the final season launched on December 5, 2024, and the second part will conclude the series. These episodes finish adapting the story from Paru Itagaki’s manga.
This show is set in a world where meat-eaters and plant-eaters coexist, but old conflicts and suspicion still cause problems. As the season ends, the fragile peace in Zebuth City starts to crumble.
A criminal named Melon begins secretly disrupting peace in the city. The latest trailer for the final season hints at a climactic confrontation between Legoshi and his friends, as Melon puts Haru in danger, bringing Legoshi and Haru’s story to a powerful and emotional conclusion.
You can now watch the first three seasons (including part one of season three) of Beastars on Netflix. The final part of season three will be available on March 7th.
