Vivienne Medrano says Hazbin Hotel Season 3 will be ‘the most romantic season’
In an interview with Polygon, Medrano revealed that the upcoming third season of Hazbin Hotel will focus significantly on romance.
She’s thrilled for viewers to experience the new season, describing it as deeply emotional and the most romantic one yet. As a romance writer, she especially enjoys the drama, tension, and unexpected plot developments in Season 3.
The artist, age 33, hinted that a familiar character will become a villain in the third season of Hazbin Hotel. This character, who has appeared as a friend or anti-hero in the first two seasons, will reveal a much darker side and hidden motives. The artist wants to keep the character’s identity a secret for now, but promises a complex and devious portrayal of someone with a secret, more sinister agenda.
Medrano revealed that Season 3 of Hazbin Hotel will heavily feature the Morningstar family. The season will also show how Lute changes after Adam’s death, as she’s been carrying a lot of unresolved emotions due to her past experiences and witnessing the conflicts between Heaven and Hell. Plus, we’ll learn more about the backstories of characters like Sir Pentious and Alastor.
Although the creators of the popular animated show Hazbin Hotel haven’t announced a specific date yet, Season 3 is expected to be released around 2027.
