Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has introduced eight playable characters, though detailed looks have only been given for six of them so far.
Things are different now, though! Spider-Man and Ghost Rider are both available to play in the newest version of the game, which will be showcased at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
We’re starting to see some clips of the characters in action online, and you can check one out here:
The video shows a montage of gameplay from Tokon, primarily featuring the two fighters we talked about earlier.
Okay, so both Spider-Man and Ghost Rider are super quick in a fight. Spidey’s all about swinging around and using his webs to get the job done, while Ghost Rider just unleashes hell with his chains and fiery powers. They both bring a really fast-paced style to the battle, for sure.
The video also features their signature, over-the-top moves, which are just as flashy and impressive as everything else Tokon has produced.
The game looks great, and the new playable characters make the gameplay feel exciting. Having a large roster is definitely a plus, since each player chooses a team of four fighters for each battle.
I’m really hoping they announce some new characters soon, but honestly, Spider-Man and Ghost Rider are already looking awesome!
