With only four days until the planned release of Highguard, Wildgate Entertainment hasn’t shared any new information since the initial announcement. Players are wondering if the game will actually launch on January 26th, and if so, what time it will be available. There’s also speculation about whether Geoff Keighley specifically requested it be the last game showcased at The Game Awards. One thing is clear: the game isn’t cancelled, as PlayStation 5 trophy information has surfaced.
Exophase recently found 33 different achievements worth a total of 1260 points. These achievements cover a variety of challenges, like winning under specific circumstances, completing a certain number of Raid Mode matches, and getting kills while riding a horse. We’ve also learned about some new gameplay features, such as Overtime in matches and the ability to destroy enemy bases with just an Anchor Stone.
Players can disrupt enemy generators or disable their own if under attack. They can also target enemy vehicles. For those wanting to infiltrate enemy bases, there’s a special item called the Domesplitter. The quality of loot varies, and you can equip up to three Legendary-tier items – the best available. If you can’t find what you need, you can always buy gear from vendors.
We still don’t know for sure if Highguard will release next Monday, and a delay wouldn’t be unexpected at this point. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
